There were minor issues along the way, however Andrew is reliable and responsible, and the issues raised were rectified. I checked multiple stages, including bored pier, pre-slab, frame, pre-plaster, pre-paint, hand over and external drainage… They engaged good trades and things were done to Australian building codes and standards. Andrew is very easy going and flexible and he allowed me to change my kitchen splashback few weeks before handover. Despite the challenging construction climate, Andrew and his team pushed on and achieved a great result.
